NOPE. Only if the particular vehicle in question does have a Ford maintenance plan, AND the scheduled maintenance is done at a Ford dealership, is when it will be indicated in the vehicle's OASIS report. OASIS does NOT show any customer pay repairs or services ever.

That is exactly the most prudent way of keeping one's service and repair records on their vehicle, should there be a need for future reference.
