Power Running Board Settings
I traded my 2015 F350 Lariat for a 2017 F350 Platinum early this month. I have been attempting to change the setting on the power running board to remain out due to Minnesota winter slush, snow and ice. I have changed the setting in Settings, Vehicle, from Auto to Out at least 6 different times and clicked OK each time. Usually at the next stop, when I open the door the running board is extending. I have asked the dealership sales staff about it and have had no help. The service writer tells me to ask sales. I am hoping that someone else has found a solution to this or can explain what I am missing. Thanks for any help!

Well I guess I feel stupid as hell. I read the manual and was convinced as I read it that they would stay out, but ........
I’ll go lay down by my bowl now! Psssst, I keep the bowl full of Johnnie Walker Black just in case!
