Bring it up to Ford customer service. By chance, did you buy the truck from the dealer giving you a July appointment? That's how some dealers punish owners who don't buy from them. I went through that myself.
If thats the case these extended warranties certainly aren't worth what they're charging for them. What good is a warranty if you can't use it when you need it.
Either you have lost an alternator or a battery is not accepting a charge. I'd take it to AutoZone or other shop willing to do a quick test in the parking lot and determine which has failed. If battery, considering your available options, I think I'd just replace the batteries with better ones and move on.
If it's the alternator then at least you know how to talk to a dealer or how to escalate with Ford.
Most likely corroded -broken-or disconnected wire from the alternator. Have seen many 150's, navigators and expeditions with this. Could still also be the alternator..The voltage sense wire is not sensing the alternator is working so the pcm turns on the charging system light.

thats what I’m checking tomorrow. Saw a few videos that point to a wire bundle on the bottom of the engine on the pax side.
I expect my dealership to get my truck in within a week or 2 of my calling them. If the can’t make that happen I will buy from a different dealer, possibly a different brand next time.

some dealerships don’t want warranty work....they make more money soil oil changes
I would be pretty pissed off if my dealer said that to me. My next step would be to the Shop Manager and then to Ford Corp. This is a new truck, under warranty and should be a priority IMO..otherwise the factory warranty / extended warranties aren't worth a dime.
Can you call another dealer? If this is how they treat a customer, its time to find another dealership IMO
