2002 E350 SD, No Power, Rough Idle, No Codes

Whats up guys. I have a 2002 E350 Super Duty 5.4. When I first got her she ran but not great. I changed all the plugs and coil packs and she was running great. I was driving home from work one day and pulled up to a light and the engine started vibrating really bad and I had no power. I made it home and looked it over and everything seemed normal. I changed the fuel filter and checked and cleaned all the injectors. Still running like crap. It will not go over 50mph. There are no codes either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Having no codes is a pain. I would first start by looking for a vacumn leak. Are you using an OBD2 scan tool?

yes, I'm using a scan tool. It's very very frustrating. Because it was running perfect then just poof, at a light, rough idle, no power. I'm at a loss

It sounds electrical in nature. Perhaps related to your changing the plugs and coils. I know you don't want to go backward, but you could try changing the plugs and coils back to the originals, one at a time. Along the way, you might uncover the culprit.

I don't understand what we're seeing there - has an insert come out along with the plug?

Me either, it does look like a strange plug. I was referring to the part of the electrode that may be missing.

The tip and electrode is completely gone. And yes, pulled the helicoil out too, but that's no biggie. Unfortunately, I pulled all the plugs and put all new ones in again, still runs like **** with no power.

The coils or boots are probably bad.

Boots and coils are all brand new. Just pulled the plug again and #6 cylinder spark plug has oil on the tip. Not the top or the boot, just the electrode. I'm assuming valves? Or rings? I can't do a compression check because it has helicoils and I can't screw my tester in. I fear the motor will need to be torn apart. Might as well do the timimg chain. I don't know what else to do, I have checked everything.
