Any replace a Steering Wheel?
Hello,
I had the seat repaired and now am getting tired of my covered steering wheel on my 09 F-250. Looks like I can get a new one for about $250. The part that concerns me is the air bag...not sure if I am over thinking it or not. The truck has 180K on it and I see me in the truck for the next 10 years (daily driver/work truck for around the house) and of course drive it when the snow gets bad here in Iowa. Thanks for your input.

I guess you're asking how to safely remove the steering wheel airbag? Odd question posed in an engine sub-forum.
Disconnect the negative battery cable about 15 minutes in advance of tackling the steering wheel swap.
