F-250 heat problems

I got a 2018 F-250 and whichever way I turn the *** it doesn’t warm up any ideas?

does it light up when you turn the lights on? Just wondering if something came unplugged behind the dash. Also, th if diesels don’t make heat until the oil temp hits about 100, is the truck warm enough?

I would hope it’s up to temp we ran 100mph on the highway seeing if it would turn on and yes everything lights up
