Radio???

I have a 92 explorer....with an after market head unit....i have been getting static on my passenger rear speaker, ive tryed replcaing it and it still happends. It only seems to happend when it rains or when its cold outside b/c all summer it was fine, but last winter static, and i replaced the speaker last winter still had static, has anyone else had this problem, its only on that one speaker

Try running a new wire directly to the speaker. If you still have static then it is probably the head unit. Sounds like you might have a bad channel. If it is, then it is likely not worth repairing.
