I'm sure you've checked the fuses, but it's possible the wiring melted somewhere out of the connector or made a bad connection or the speed selector switch is bad.
Maybe lonewolf will see this and post a wiring diagram for you and maybe you can find out where the power is vanishing.
I recommend to clip the power wire at the blower motor, add in a relay with a 30 amp fuse off the battery, and use the original power wire to trip said relay. Ground must stay oem because that's the side that does the speed switching.
