Factory Tach
Can I put a dash with tach in my 03 150 with 4.2? Is the wiring there already? How do I get the odometer to show the correct miles if it is doable? I plan to get a used dash from a salvage yard

Hi and welcome to FTE 
The Ford dealer may be able to reprogram the odometer, I'm not sure.
I am pretty sure that the wiring is there, just make sure that you get one out of a V6 truck so that the tach reads correctly.
