E350 1991 !!CABIN compatibility

Hello
I have a 1991 E350 diesel 7.3 liter !!! on a SCHOOL bus converted into a VR !!!

But my cabin is so RUSTY !!! I need to change it !! Locally I have difficulties for finding one in good condition !!!

DO any body know !!!
1- The banin form a VR ford GAS can fit on ite ( were can I get Drawing and shematics ???
2-CAN a e350 ( 1992-2003 ) can FIT !!! ON it !! or provide me web site information !! with compatibility !!
