DB2 parts

I was installing my new 110 pump today. Plugged in the wires and one of the spade terminals snapped right off. I've been searching online for hours and can't even find a parts breakdown of the pump. Does anyone know where I can find this? All I need is the blade terminal. It's the circled one I need, I think that's for the fuel shutoff?

If nothing else you could probably use a ring terminal and a short piece of wire to a male spade connector until you can find one.

Looks like it, but it doesn't have the barb to keep the connector from pulling off like the original.

the small hole that is in the Spade tang is standard locking for most 1/4 spade connectors

note the tit in the Spade....

I just suggested something that will work ... those Terminals are not Part of the DB2 Pump ....

you might check with Ford to see who they Spec'd them from.

I think the ones we had way back when were made by Jandorf

Like DOC said too you can just use a Ring terminal if you want.

Shoot a message to R&D or Classic Diesel Designs and see what's available or where to source one.

Worst cast might need to solder what you have until you can source one.

Bit off topic but I'm curious what you have done to your front suspension, ttb axle?

It's a kingpin D60, no lift or suspension mods yet. Fits the 37"s with no rubbing.

Thanks for answering, looks nice with all that rubber in the fender wells, wanted to do the same on my 89 with 35's on old school ten wide bullet holes, but the "leveling" drop pivot brackets (has the Dana 50ttb) were actually lift brackets, and I can't find any different ones that have the camber adjusted so it got 4.5" up front and 2" out back..

Not as tall as I wanted but it works and the 35's don't rub thanks to the offset wheels.

Are your wheels stock?
