I ordered a pair of front brake calipers for a '72 F250 two months ago from ecklers. Apparently they're way backordered, so I'm wondering if anybody here has a set they would be willing to sell.
Before you mount them inspect the threads for the brake hoses carefully. I got a set where one side was 5/16 and the other 3/8. I was able to find hoses but also the flat sealing surface for the copper washers was pretty beat up. I was told to apply solder to both sides of the washers to provide a softer surface that would seal better. I think the front calipers used on early 70's F-250's were also used in rear locations in some years. This means that in some cases the labelling of left and right may be backwards. All I can say is inspect before mounting.
