PLESE HELP
Aaron, I've been looking at doing the same thing to my 2018 XLT. First - did you get everything working? It sounds like you're close. And second - what all parts did you have to purchase. I did run across the post where it looked like you scored the mirrors at a great price.

I have a 2020 STX. I’m looking to do the same thing. What’s the parts list?
It seems like I recall some pin changes within the wiring harness from reading past posts on this subject. May want to search the forum and see what you come up with.
One thing is true for me, I'm on my third truck with Powerscope mirrors. I can't imagine being without that option now. I like it a lot for bank and fast food drive up windows and the car wash.

Funny thing is when we were looking at trucks before we bought our 2018, we had looked at a silver XLT with the power folding/telescoping mirrors at a local dealer. It was a CPO vehicle but the tires on it had to be at the bare minimum to be CPO acceptable. The dealer wouldn't budge on the price to help me purchase new tires. We even asked them to swap the tires on a non CPO truck they had on the lot. They looked at us like we were aliens or something. We ended up finding a stone gray metallic model at a dealer 80 miles away - but no power mirrors. I figured. "How much could it cost to add the mirrors?" More than I thought. We bought the truck anyways. Eventually, I'll get them - just have to get things lined up first.
