BII / Ranger Frame Question

BII / Ranger Frame Question
How similar is the frame for an 87 BII and 87 Ranger? I found a set of nerf bars that will fit an 87 Ranger and was wondering if they'd fit my BII.

The frames are slightly different, though they should fit. If they are ones that require drilling, they should be okay. If they require factory predrilled holes, I would say no.
I would take the model number of the steps and look up the application on a web site and see if it fits both the Ranger and Bronco II. Try the Cap World and V.I.P. on-line catalogs, as an example.
