On the very front top of my carburetor there is a brass hose barb with nothing attached to it. What is suppose to be attached? It is a stock carburetor on a 76' F250, 360, auto. The barb is on the flat surface right in front of the air intake butterfly's.
Also is there a automatic transmission kick down suppose to be attached to this carburetor. There is some linkage flopping around under the throttle linkage that doesn't seem to do anything right on the side of the carburetor.
One last thing on the carb. What runs the choke? It is isn't manual but it doesn't have any wires to it either(not electric)
Upon further inspection I found that there is another hose barb aimed out the rear of the carburetor that seems to turn up into the air intake portion of the carburetor. What is this one suppose to be hooked to?
