What does Coast Clutch Solenoid Circuit failure mean? and what are all the components that I should test? What does this affect drivability wise? I have got a 1992 Bronco with the 302 and e4od.

Well, what that means is when you are driving and you let off the gas, after a couple of seconds, or when you hit the brakes, the converter should unlock to let the engine help slow you down. Yours is not doing this. It shouldn't cause any drivability issues.
I would check the lock-up solenoid first. It is in the valvebody. It could just be sticking.
