Well they sure don't come up for sale often...to the right person the amount he is asking isn't wildly out of order. It just may take a long time for someone to want to relocate it from that part of the US.
There are better ones out there, but finding one is a needle in a haystack.

Stakepockets look pretty good.
at least the main rust areas are flat panels.
Ive got 2 half decent express beds plus a really rusty parts express bed. Hopefully between the three i can come out with one nice looking bed. They are usually all so beat to hell.
