Torque converter lock up issues

Call or email Proven. I was having the same issues stated by the OP. They emailed me revised tunes the day after I emailed them. Reset TCM adaptive tables with Forscan & so far good to go. It’s been a week or so & about 1200 miles. I’m running their “50 HP” tune.

Go on their website and start a ticket. They will email you options and possibly a revision to your tune. I know they are always revising tunes
I have no complaints on my 0hp one. Little issue in the beginning with hard shifts which was fixed. Also this tune they sent me goes to overdrive rather quick. Good for now

Do you guys think it's because I have the shift on the fly files should I see if they can just send me a single file. I got on and started a support ticket. I was thinking maybe it's because because shift on the fly doesn't allow the transmission to really operate properly I do not know why I got the shift on the fly because it stays in the 1 position.

No I leave the switch alone I use to run it on 5 all the time. Then I had some towing coming up and switched it to level 1 and it's stayed there. So maybe it just needs another revision for the tourqe converter lock up.

I’m fairly certain they’re closed on weekends. During the week they respond quickly.

Update Proven Got back to me I have been running the tune revision for over a week now with about 200 miles on the truck. Wow is all I can say they are awesome to work with and the revision fixed the tourqe converter lock up. So far I am extremely happy with the truck and the tunning.

I unhooked the negative cables and left them off for the night I’m a have to figure out how to do it with the forscan I guess. And it does it in 4th gear some times 5th speed depending and the odd time with engine brake on 3rd gear !
