Rear Fuel Tank 1977 Camper Special Dilemma
My plastic rear tank on my California emission 1977 F350 Camper Special truck has a significant crack. The engineering number that is stamped on same appears to be D3TA-9002-CA. I don't believe there are any after market ones available and I don't want to have to pay big bucks for a custom made one. All ideas and leads are greatly appreciated.

The original tanks are hard to find but if you are patient you can find one in the junkyard. I've found two in the last 3 years.
I have a 93 cab and chassis plastic tank and shield that I am not using and can sell to you if you are interested. I can see that you've been to the Sun Valley LKQ which is not too far from me. PM me if interested in the 1993 cab and chassis tank.
I talk a bit about the tanks a few times in my build thread but there are a few posts starting here that show the two tanks side by side: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post19174660
