Just be like me and drive 100 miles with the blinker on. Hell it makes me reminisce of traveling with my grandparents and my grandmother raising her voice a bit and saying "EARL!!! Blink a blink a blink a blink!!" Ha
As for "glancing at the dash now and then" - well, the top of the wheel blocks the turn signals when it's in a comfortable driving position - meh.

I took mine to the dealer for this exact reason because he said he could make it louder. He couldn't. IMO it is a safety concern because I have to take my eyes off the road when changing lanes because I can't hear it unless the windows are up and the radio is turned way down, practically off. Not that big a deal when making left or right turns because I move the blinker switch all the way up or down until it catches. But for the quick 3 blink then off you never know if you moved the blinker lever far enough without looking at the dash for the lights. Then by that time your 3 blinks are over so you have to either restart it or just say screw it and change lanes anyway.

Problem with that is somebody might think your turning and pull out in front of you. I remember having to get used to the turn signals because they were different in either 08 or 15 I can't remember. They don't turn off when the wheel just gets straightened.
First I want to thank you for actually using your signal. Its frustrating how many drivers these days just expect you to know what they are thinking.
This is a common occurrence for motorcyclists for obvious reasons but I haven't owned a 4 wheel vehicle, including the SD, where its been an issue. It won't help make it more audible but may help nonetheless. You can increase the duration of the soft press(don't know what its called) signal to 7 times, up from the 3 that it is now.
That's exactly what I'm worried about...I know on some other trucks after about 30 seconds the loud buzzer comes on..Ford is really long. never timed it but I will now. I thought they may of had a setting in Forscan !
