Well, if they are still using Flash like my 2010 manual, it was just discontinued on the 1st by Adobe and all of the usual browsers have removed Flash support. https://www.howtogeek.com/700229/ado...at-that-means/

OK, I figured it out after scrolling through another thread on here. Somehow, the Adobe SVG viewer stopped working. I had to go out and find it online and download it again. Weird.
Mods, you can delete this thread if you wish
