I have a 05 EX and was towing my 5k pound boat and had some constant vibrations I felt though the entire truck....I never feelt that when I drive the EX unloaded and I didn't feel it when I towed the boat with my old rig. What I'm trying to figure could this be do to the suspension being just worn out? I did have quite a bit of sag when I hooked up the boat. The previous owner put a leveling kit on the front and it has a front to rear rake, could that cause the issue?
Can you elaborate some on this vibration? At certain speeds, uphill, downhill, on throttle, coasting, any noise along with vibration, feel in steering wheel or seat or floor.....?
How are the U Joints?
Do any of the tires have a "flat spot" on them.....
Harmonic vibration by two tires that are out of balance and one tire has a greater diameter than the other one.
Are you running "self leveling beads"?
Inspect tires for a knot or some sort of unevenness...
Look under the front end for anything loose like the valance.
Lastly, one that happened to me.......... A bag or rag wrapped around the drive shaft.
Time to get on the creaper and do some detective work.
