I have a 2003 ford f250 with a 7.3. I have over 300,000 miles on it and going strong. I use it around the ranch pulling stock trailers and other things. This was the last year ford put the 7.3 engine in their trucks. My mechanic told me do not get the 6.0 or he will not work on it. I got this truck in 2007 with 35,000 mile on it. The dealership said it was only used to pull a boat. It didn't even have a gooseneck hitch in it when I got it. I am hoping to get many more miles out of it because I just don't like these newer diesels. The cost on just servicing them is outrageous and headache to work on. I normally service and repair it myself. Thanks for adding me to your family of ford diesel.
