Haaalllp!
Need some help
2001 f350 5.4 71,xxx miles
has a misfire on cyl 2 and 5
showing -20 -40 fluctuating
increase in rpm it smooths out
has 8 new plugs, coils and injectors
compression test was right around 150 psi x8
leak down held 100% ( actually pushed piston down)
fuel pressure is about 38 psi
valve springs in tact
cam lobes in tact
what am I missing ??

Was it misfiring before you changed out the parts?

Almost sounds like an injector issue. You could maybe try swapping injectors from a good cylinder to missing cylinder, and see if the issue follows the injector or stays with the cylinder.
