Distributor interchange question.
I have a 74 F100, that came with a 360 2bbl. It now has a 77 351M in it, I bought it this way. Anyway the distributor has a bunch of slop in it. I think they put the 360 distributor back in when they did the engine swap, it's a breaker type dist. I'm looking at replacing it, are these two distributors for these motors interchangable? All the listings for a 77 dist are breakerless, but the listing for a 74 is a breaker type. Any help is needed and welcomed.
