Taking my last week of vacation this week. I was sitting at the computer looking at some old pics. I found these two photos from the 2008 Supernationals in Knoxville, TN. These two pictures speak to the essence of Effie Lovers and and Car/Hot Rod/Street Rod people in general. Life sometimes throws you a curve but you get up and try again.

Except for the chrome grille and mirror that green 56 looks like mine..must have been more damage to that one than what can be seen in the picture. Did he change out the cab too..?

I dont recall if the guy did swap out the cab or not. Back in 08' I had hair and walked faster. I dont recall....
I just noticed that cab looked like it was originally red on the inside but had a yellow dash. Up here those crumpled fenders and door are golden...lol

Here's the one I still have in storage in San Diego that I talked to you about. Still looking for a local storage place so I can bring this and a few others to middle TN.
