Yes, Yes, Yes, standard cab painted, custom cab, anodized aluminum. Biggest pet peeve ( all years '61-'66 ) seeing repainted grills without the original satin black trim paint done. As you can see, this detail drastically alters the front end appearance.

There seem to be exceptions to every rule. At least for the 3 years from 1964-66 they offered a Deluxe Appearance Package which was Optional on Standard Cab Models. This package included bright-metal windshield reveal moldings, grille, headlamp doors, door-trim panels and horn ring and color-accented door trim panels (Included w/Custom Cab). Also not mentioned in this book was the rear lamp doors (bezels) that were included in this package.
But for 61-63 I believe they didn't have that package available.
