E350 7.3 powerstroke Camper conversion.

I had a E350 come through the yard over here. It's a full-size cargo van. The 7.3l powerstroke turns over but won't fire. I really like the look of this van I'm thinking about doing a conversion on it? Any thoughts on this one?

If you are good with the more cramped engine bay, then all is good. IIRC, the cooling stack will not fit an intercooler, so that will limit power potential a little.
