need help !!!

Hi everyone it has been a long time from my last post but this is really getting to me big time this is on a 2004 F-150 4.6 l V8 the blower was not working and it was drawing power like big time the inside lights and the dash board lights were coming on when i turned on the heater (or AC) so i replaced the blower motor did the same thing the motor would turn very slow and the fan wouldn't go faster when turned up and yes all the lights came on so i logged in here and looked for anything i could fine to fix this issue so i found a few thing and then replaced the blower motor resister and still the same thing any help would be great and i thank you all for your help now and in the past thanks

Check your grounds in the passenger kick panel and clean them even if you have to move them to a non rusty metal point . . If they corroded you will have low volts to the blower .
