Could I get the PN for that throttle bracket you have, can't read it from the part. That's what I need to replace the factory on on my Blazer.

Do you need the additonal bracket for the auto trans with TPS sensor, or exactly like mine is right now?

Bellcrank lever assembly if revised part number 3931560 and the main bracket assembly is part number 3931559.

The linkage rods are a different set of part numbers. This is specifically from a 1995 12 valve Cummins with a manual transmission coming out of a Dodge.

Highly recommend if you need more than one of the parts, that you scour junkyards for a donor assembly due to costs. Oh, and replace the stock bushings with brass immediately assuming the bellcrank shaft is worth saving.

I'm not using the TPS because i've never had a issue without it, I'm using the 47re trans with a Standalone Controller. I do need to have my TVS cable though, I deleted the TPS but had to use part of it to be able for my Factory assembly to still work. And since I deleted my vacuum pump my PS cap is under what's left of the TPS and makes it hard to get to the cap.

Do you have a picture of the additional bracket?

Did you make brass bushings or is there a factory PN for them? Should be able to use my linkage hopefully.

When I worked on Heavy Equipment all the Cummins engines in the Equipment were a Black color, rebuilt Cummins Engines were tan whenever I replaced a existing engine.

Seriously, I painted it Cummins Beige a while back.. Here's how I received it.

Why does it matter what color it is? Needing post counts?

It doesn't matter what color you paint it I was just stating that the rebuilt Cummins engine were a tan color and the new ones in the equipment were the black color. Post count means nothing to me on this Forum.

Sorry, I'm getting a bit thin skinned on folks and color comments. My apologies.

I myself like the neutral color like you used, the last engine I prepped for a guy he wanted it Gray. I've seen red and florescent green engines, I don't care for that color but if that's what they like good for them.

By the way nice build you have going on and thanks for the info. I'm sure there have been people that didn't like something I did in one of my Conversions but it's my Conversion. Just like your building yours the way you want it so that it's your touch. No offense taken.

PDD has them, as well as some on fleabay.

https://powerdrivendiesel.com/produc...crank-bushing/

I have the set I bought OEM (from Geno's part# 4425053) if you need a pair of the nylon ones. I test fit them on my original bellcrank shaft and decided the shaft was too worn and would eat them.

After I found my bellcrank shaft was shagged, I decided to get that new bellcrank lever assembly and went with brass so it never happens again.

Finally had a few hours of not working overtime. More goodies came in recently so I put my grand-daughter back to work on the oil pump and other stuff. She loves working on this thing!

My youngest helped me break down my motor when I did that...she had a blast with the impact for sure!

What's that shiny thing that looks to be a billet thermostat housing/AC mount???

That's the part from Mike Fuchs that lets me use the Ford V10 alternator and AC. Apparently guys use a 6 rib belt, but I'm going to swap the two pulleys out to 8 rib. I'll still have to probably replace my AC lines due to age but might not need to have their length adjusted. I have a one wire alt already set up to go if I need to as a backup plan. I just thought it would make it easier if I needed a roadside repair and was out of town. More pics tonight probably as I plan on dropping the head on it and putting it on the stand for final torque pass.

Super cool!! Hopefully you'll be able to use the lines in the stock configuration. Probably one of the biggest pains in my build was figuring all that out!
