Hey there! I recently found my exact 24” bubble top I’ve been wanting at a pick and pull a state away from me and would love to go snag it but since it’s over 550 miles from me I thought I would check to see if it would fit but can’t find an answer anywhere. Anyone know if a 2002 e150 recreational van roof would have the same dimension as my 2006 e250?
If your 2006 E250 is the length body as the 2000 E150 then yes it would fit. IOW you'll need both vans to be standard body or extended body.
Does the top you're considering leave the C-Pillar fully intact or does that donor van have extended height rear doors? That fact will greatly change things.

ok cool so from my understanding as long as they are both standard size vans the dimensions are the same from the 2002 to the 2006? And unfortunately it’s at a pick-n-pull with the only picture available being of the front but that will be something I keep in mind
Theoretically bodies from 1992 to end-of-life in 2013 are the same dimensions. There were minor changes but nothing that would prevent grafting a new raised roof from different years.
You might contact the yard and get a better idea just what you'll be buying. There will be huge differences between the versions with or without the taller rear doors, one of those being the taller rear doors will have a built-in "roll cage" that's required because removing the factory upper C-pillar requires it. Additionally there is a fabricated steel section that has to accompany the roof cap and doors made for that sort of conversion or modification.
If you get a photo of the rear of the van share it here---we'll be able to better guide or advise you.
