As this is introduction section, you probably won't get many responses. But, if you look at the top of your screen, you'll see a tab marked, "forums". Click on it, then look for "Super Duty/Heavy Duty". Click on "Excursion-King of the SUV;s". Ask your question there. The folks in that section deal with those vehicles all the time and should be familiar with your issue. One suggestion. Please try to be very precise with your question. Don't worry about being too long or wordy. It will help narrow down the issue.
Don't forget to check out you stat chapter too. It's in the Regional Chapters section of the Forums tab.
