Your calcs seem logical...I think the biggest issue, is what a shop is willing to do to attain the specs you want or just to get it with in specs.
Local shops around here only use drop in bushings so it's very limited as to what can be achieved.
I've found working only with "big truck" shops yields the best results, they're far more experienced and knowledgeable how to set alignment spec's to the customers desires. If you have a preference they're usually willing to give you just that. The small range of adjustment a "normal" bushing offers is acceptable because those bushings are avaiable to produce the full range of E-Series caster, toe and camber.
The chain tire stores set specs to what the alignment equipment accompanying charts says are for a vehicle, too often ignoring the customer's needs or wants. I personally haven't allowed a tire store to even touch my front suspension for the past 12 years or so.
