improve gas mileage????
I have a 95 150 4X4 5.8FI AOD w/ 150K miles. i have done the easy things to improve power and gas milage (plugs, wires,cap rotor,and restet timing) is there anythimng else anyone would recomend to improve milage and power?? I am currently getting 10-12 mpg maybe this is as good as it gets? When i bought the truck 3 months ago it was getting 5-7 and the tune up was DESPRATELY needed.

forgot already did the fuel injector cleaner and the air filter. good idea on the o2 sensor. I'll give that one a try. Do you think I should start thinking about rebilding??

better gas mileage and power
a guy i know has a big ford motor home that got bad mileage he tried headers with flow thru mufflers it got a little better so he went back to stock manifolds and three inch pipes tied into a single pipe with a flow thru muffler he noticed a big difference in power and mileage
