I Did It!!!
Well, I painted the truck.
Ugly white beat-up looking '86 f150 has become a not bad looking dark, dark blue.
Body filled the major rust holes in fenders and removed the original F150 emblems (too much of a pain in the *** to mask them) and filled those holes too.
looking good !!!

Well Manfred, I was one of the people who said "OH OH Better Get MAACO"
I am happy you persivered and did it yourself and glad you like the result you got. It is more difficult to paint over a light color with a dark color and get a good result.
