You probably won't get many wanting to help you with this post. After letting others make a bigger mess of it. Good luck.

Thanks for the help. I'm just looking for even advice... Something someone hasent thought of. Something I havent tried yet.
Drill the body out using a left hand rotation drill bit... Then re-tap the threads............. I don't think you can hurt it any worse than it already is.... Stick an air hose down in the hole and blow out as much debris as possible.
No I haven't been driving it. Common sense tells u I couldn't possibly be driving it in this condition... At first just the rubber boot was stuck around the spark plug. I was driving it at that time. I had someone work on it and he obviously got everything out besides the threads/shell. I am just looking for anyone who knows how to get it out. My next option to try is a #5 square ez out. Anyone have any suggestions on best way to do this!
Let me see if I have this right. You rented the tool that Ford designed to fix this issue but did not have the correct tools for the Ford extraction tool to do its job properly yet blame the Ford tool for not working? Sounds like a max of $15 at harbor freight will allow that extraction tool to work.

There is no tool available for this repair. There is only a tool set for the 3v engine.
There is still significant buildup around the plug shell that needs to be removed. This isn't a common issue on the 2v engines so there is no tool or procedure for removal. If the easy out fails head removal is the next logical step in the repair.
I just happen to have two very nice heads setting in my shed with cams and valves.
As a little female told me one time---If you got the money I got the time.
You are going to have to take that head to a machine shop and I really don't know if they can fix that. You really don't know what the backside of that head looks like with even a borescope.
Or just get another head from a junkyard and take it to a machine shop.
Wasn’t trying to be rude, just making sure that I understood your post properly as you made no mention of purchasing the rest of the tools to make the Ford extraction tool work properly. The disclaimer is to point out to you that those of us on the forum are merely trying to help you and will not be responsible for any damage to your vehicle since your original post implied we will be. Thanks for the advice. So you don't think there is any kind ofenetrating oill I could use to break it up?
