Just wondering if your kit shipped yet, I’ve been trying not to bother them but I’m also trying to get things lined up with my build so just trying to get the most info I can on timing. They told me 2 weeks which is what they said 2 weeks ago lol
arrived about a week ago, plan for install beginning of December
I ordered my 3.5" Pintop through SDHQ here in AZ and they had it installed a few weeks after. simply because I was in the process of moving so it seemed they had the parts in stock. I had looked at doing the backcountry but they said anything with FOX was taking a bit longer to get. Still waiting on the radius arms to come in which they said would be around the 1st of the year but everything else they had. Probably going to get the upper and lower stabilizers too when they do the radius arms.
I’ve had way too many problems with CJC and so have my friends. We went to Top-Tier suspensions I believe in Missouri. They are Carli’s number one and biggest customer for inventory. Try them.
Has anyone received a Carli lift recently? How long did it take?
I ordered a fully optioned pintop system 7 weeks ago (through CJC off road) and hasn’t shipped yet.
I’m not upset just wondering what others have seen?
CJC figures another 2 weeks.
bought one in June from CJC. It took a couple of weeks. UPS was the delay and actually split my shipment. It was another two weeks to finish out the order since half of it stayed on the west coast initially.

not my experience. And Carli actually referred me to CJC.

Carli referred me to CJC as well. I placed an order 8 weeks ago and nothing yet. They said there is a backup with king shocks. Not really sure what to say anymore about CJC or Carli.

frustrating for sure, but its probably supply and demand. Many people are at home from covid...and bored. looks like i am going to be waiting a year for an order of lumber I need. I refuse to pay 150% over my initial quote to get #2 instead of #1 lumber. At least they didn't charge you a premium...well in addition to the premium you already pay on the Carli name.
I like my suspension and CJC fabb'ed me some 1" blocks because i want the rear just a little higher, but I don't think a the Carli suspension blew me away as I expected. I did do add a packs and not the progressive springs to keep the payload. And it was a level over the 4" kit. I may go to the progressive rear if I ever bag the truck, but I don't plan on that expense right now. Again, I like it, but it wasn't AMAZING. Oh, and the castor shims were not enough with the offset of my fuel wheels. My alignment guy is going to change those.

I have purchased quite a few things from CJC. They are also about 15 miles away from me. 12 leaf Deaver 4.5” rear springs and much much more.....I am not implying that they are horribly bad people but.... my friends and I have had too many issues with them. When I called up Carli, they stated “top tier suspensions” in Missouri is our number one retailer In retail size. They order over $1 million worth easily at a time. They receive Carli’s product Before any other retailer does so if you want to purchase it and receive it the fastest, Top Tier would be the number one choice and also they have free shipping. ******I’m just putting this out there so people have another place to check into for pricing and delivery.
so I put the lift in my self, so I understand things pretty well. That said, I have a little wander in the steering with the shims installed. My alignment guy said the way my truck is lifted, which is exacerbated by the width of my tires (12.5") and the offset of the wheels (-18) needs a little more caster than what I have. I've aligned some cars before but the exacts are not quite my specialty beyond what the computer tells me. He is an offroad specialist that works on bigger lifts and bigger tires. He wants to put adjustable caster and camber shims in so he can set it exactly what he wants when he does the math on it. My friend owns an offroad and overland shop...he takes his own trucks to this guy for an alignment.
Wheel offset can effect steering angle inclination which effects scrub radius. Blah, blah...science and math. Someone smarter feel free to jump in.
More positive caster causes the vehicle to track straighter and handle better at higher speeds. From a symptom perspective (instead of math and science). The steering is a little loose still, so positive castor needs to be added. Remember, Carli wants 0 offset for their lift.
