I have a coffee can set up in my 96 Ford F150 one hose is connected and the one coming from the side of it’s not connected and it’s sucking air like it’s a vacuum I don’t know where it goes can anybody please help me

A picture would help. But, a guess is, if this hose is about an inch in diameter, thats normal. Its the air intake for the air pump on the emissions side.

Your pictures are a tad confusing. But if the hose in your hand connects directly to the coffee can, I believe you can ignore it. However coffee can in second picture, by battery does not seem to correspond to the hose. Also, the hose appears to have had a clamp on it at one point. Can you trace it and confirm for sure it connects to coffee can? It also looks very similar to hose used for the air pump system. If to the air pump system, then you may be missing some parts. However, the entire air pump system, can be deleted, and lines at catalytic converter blocked off, and depending on motor, plug the heads.
