I have a 2012 F250 with 18 inch wheels. I would like to upgrade my wheels and found a really good deal on a set of wheels off a 2018 F250. Will they work on my 2012?
Yes. They will bolt up no problem. Ford really hasn't changed the bolt pattern or offset on Super Duty's since 2005.
The only thing I will tell you from experience is to use the lug nuts off the 2018. Using the '12 lug nuts with the newer lug nut caps/covers will be a really loose fit. The '17+ lug nuts have a taller flange that those caps tend to hold more snug.
My experience was putting '18 wheels on a '16 F250. They bolted up fine but to get the center caps to fit right, the '18 lugnuts were needed. Side by side, the lugnuts were definitely different.
