Any suggestions/resources for a replacement bed on my wrecked 2003 f-350 4x4 deisel extnded cab short bed?

Have ya tried E-bay? I have heard of some other people getting them there. And of course the junk yards. I don't even know what the should cost..

The coolest thing to do would be to buy an all polished diamond plated flat bed man would that look sweet on a brand new truck like that I bet they are spendy though.

A used bed with tailgate will probably cost about $2000. I would go with a custom fab diamond plate bed with headache rack for that price.

Look around the junk yards or even better check with those places that install those utility beds and ask them what they do with the ones they take off.
