Problem with Sync 3 ?
I believe this all started when I performed the last upgrade that ford made available, but my Android phone also received an update from version 9 to version 10. However it doesn't seen to any problem answering calls. I also tested it with one of my PC's, where Windows 10 has a app called "Your Phone". It can answer incoming calls with no problem.
I searched here and on couple of other Ford f150 sites, but have not found anything close to my problem.
I know there is a post here describing on how to do a SYNC Reset. Having trouble finding it also. If anybody has a link a appreciate it. Also of anybody has experience, and has a solution, I want to know about it.
If the reset doesn't work, I'll be off to the Dealer. Its really easy to demonstrate "CALL MY PHONE" and watch what happens.

Forgot - this is the sync version that is on my truck.
Doing this will reset the SYNC 3 system to Factory Default and it’ll also erase any and everything that you’ve setup and stored in the SYNC 3 system so you’ll have to set those things up again.
You can try a Soft Reboot first if you like.
To do this, hold down the Power and Track forward buttons until the screen goes off and then release them.
The SYNC 3 system will reboot itself but unlike the Master Reset, you won’t lose anything that you’ve stored or setup in the SYNC 3 system.

But the GOOD News is that the MASTER RESET, did the trick. The problem with receiving calls has totally gone away. Its so good that I don't have to do anything to answer a incoming call. It answers all calls automatically. Fantastic. The only issue I had with the reset is that it removed my "Dark Mode" setting. Took forever to find where you set it.
