I had the service engine light come on at 9,300 miles on my 2019 F350 6.7. It happened while 200 miles from home pulling a 35 foot travel trailer on back country roads. There were no further issues getting home. I took it into the local dealership where I bought the truck and after diagnosis was told there was a TSB on the issue where a crack can form in the DPF housing. Parts ordered and I’ve continued driving until next week when it goes back in for repair. Anyone else have this issue?
Not too bad for about 450 miles towing 10,000 pounds. I’m chancing not going into limp mode with a 400 mile round trip this weekend, minus trailer. DOF regent has been operating normally as far as I can tell. I have DPF % enabled and have monitored it more closely.

Looking at that picture, I would say you have a cracked DPF. The exhaust tips my 18 350 with the 6.7 have always been super clean on the inside, regardless of towing (~15k or so towing an 11,000lb fifth wheel).

Finger crossed it’s a quick repair for ya!

Soot is getting through that is all.
Thanks for the info and reassurance guys. Tailpipe has always been slightly dark but yeah, it’s worse.
I got the truck back from the dealership after the DPF was replaced. I don’t know exactly what I was expecting but holy cow that thing is huge! The only difference I’ve noticed is the return of the new-exhaust smell in the garage. I’m interested to see the difference or not in the tailpipe over time.
