Hello everyone I have a 2016 F250 cclb XL with the 6.2. It has 165,000 miles. over the last few weeks i have had some misfire issues. i have swapped all 16 plugs, i have swapped all 8 coils, i just did a compression test on all 8 cylinders, 145 psi to 175 psi. within the last week I have noticed when the truck is at lower rpm and i hit the throttle i hear a spark nock. it only does it within the first few seconds if hitting the throttle. once your cruising or if I slowly apply the throttle there is no noise. any ideas? i have been reading that these engines have issues with valve springs breaking. i assume since i have good compression on all cylinders that that isn't the issue. Does anyone have any ideas? i have been thinking a timing issue but it runs great. It doesn't have a noticeable miss, if it wasn't throwing codes you wouldn't even notice a miss. but its still throwing codes for cylinder 4, 8 and a random misfire. also while i am here i keep seeing different answers for the cylinder identification. is it front to back on the passenger side 1234 and 5678 front to back on the drivers? or is it 1357 on the passenger front to back and 2468 front to back on the drivers side? thanks for any help.
