i just picked up a 2003 Dana 60 front axle and a 10.5 rear axle out of a truck with 102k miles.
the front axle was $105 and the rear was $125.
and I mean complete axles. The only thing they didn’t com with was the brake calipers.
I plan to rebuild them with gears and lockers before putting them in my excursion.
