Stereo system not working
I have a 96 Limited Edition explorer and I hear a virbration in the rear quaterpanel where the amplifier for the stereo is mounted. Now I have not power to the rear speakers and fear something may have vibrated lose and needs to be reseated. Are there any instructions on how to get to the power amp and service it?

Start by removing the interior rear quarterpanel. The panel is held on with the plastic push fasteners. Takes about 10 minutes. IIRC, you need to remove the rear seat belt which requires a torx. Start in the rear and move your way forward as you release the fasteners. As far as servicing the amp, I doubt there is much you can do except to make sure all the connections are tight. If you want to stay with factory, I'd try to get an amp from the bone yard.
