If I'm wrong, someone correct me. I believe that all the doors for the standard cabs are the same 61-66 with the exception of the unibodies which take their own door.

Thumbs up About Doors & More. . . .

Sure,

All doors are the same from 1961 through 1966, and all F series from F100 through F350 use the same door blank.

There's different door trim & door accessories for different years & different models. But handles & mechanicals like locks, window regulators, channels, linkages brackets etc are all typical from 61-66 and in all models F100 - F350.

Each individual door will require adjustment, often in 3 planes, to fit & function correctly. Since latch pin/ striker is adjustable, I mark & remove it( DO NOT USE A MAGIC MARKER, SHARPIE, or PERMANENT LAUNDRY MARKER TO MARK WITH) Because you will see mark forever, even through fresh paint! Use a pencil, grease pencil, or a shot of paint from a rattle can to mark original location on "B" Pillar.

Anyway by removing striker/pin door can be "fit" in hole more easily & better. Once fit to satisfaction, tighten it up, reinstall the striker/ pin & adjust so door shuts easily with a "two click push". If it must be swung or slammed to shut it's not corretly adjusted.

I have run into distortion on used doors. Somehow they have become twisted/ distorted. The bottom or top may align right & the other, opposing end does not. The solution is to "warp" the door back teh other direction. I use a piece of wood, like a 1X2 1X4, 2X2 2X4 or 4X4 depending on the situation. I place it in the critical location and smartly "Push" the opposite point on the door warping/ springing it back into shape. THIS IS A LEARNED SKILL but any good collision repair tech can help you with it.

If you can not get help, then go easy until you get the feel of the technique & learn how to do it. It's Not "Rocket Surgery" it's just bending metal the right amount, donch ya see?

One last point . . . . If you have any "DOUBTS" about hinge wear, excess play, or sloppyness repair it while door is off.

Hinges can be re-pinned or re-placed easily with door off. I also strongly reccomend you "Pre - Lube" hinges before reinstallation.
Remember "gaps" = leaks. Leaks = Wind Noise, Wet Interiors, & Loss of Cabin Temperature hot or cool.

Ford Pete Boy I hace tried to align my doors and the gap is always too large or two narrow somewhere. I go discosted and gave up after Christmas because I installed a new door gasket and then cut and trimmed it almost back down to the glue. I just started working on truck again but under the hood because I am still mad at the doors. I really wish I could learn this skill.
