Took delivery last night
Well, I am completely in debt now. I took delivery of a 2003 F-250 Super Cab with the 6.0 Powerstoke. The dealer already installed a 6" Pro-Comp lift, dual front shocks, 35 x 16.5 BFG Mud Terrains on Polished aluminum wheels and a fancy chrome grill. $39,995. He said it was $750 over invoice. Let me say this.....WOW! I cannot believe how fast this thing is. At a stop sign I gas it, hear the turbo whind up and it really puts me back in my seat. I have a 2001 Cobra but this truck is absolutely amazing. Everything else on the road looks tiny, even full size trucks. Now we need to have a custom drop hitch made for the receiver so we can tow a 22' boat. By the way, two nights ago was the first time I ever drove a diesel of any kind. WOW!

Congrats on your new truck! I will be ordering mine on Nov. 15. Just curious, in terms of the suspension work the dealer had done, do they do it themselves or elsewhere and if so do you know how much they mark up the price? I would like to do the same thing to be included in the truck financing.

Lift
The dealer installed the lift kit. Everything is fully warrantied. They have a very good reputation and have been there 25 plus years. They are also a Auto Club (AAA) prefered dealer. All I can say about this truck is WOW! It is amazing.
