1995 F150 engine coolant temp sensor pipe

I am in need of the pipe/heater bypass pipe that screws into lower intake manifold and houses the engine coolant temp sensor, seen in this drawing:

I have looked high and low and can't seem to find this particular one. Please advise if possible. Thank you in advance.

there are different versions, so posting a picture of the actual part would be helpful. These can usually still be had from Ford for reasonable expense.

Here are some pics of the needed hot water tube, hopefully someone has a part number or a supplier for this, can't find one online.

Never seen one like that, but I will see if I can find the part number at least. The main fitting (large one on the top) feeds into the heater core circuit? Little port goes to the throttle body?

Thank you R&RFord, Greatly appreciate anything you can do! Yes, the large fitting (5/8) goes to heater hose and small fitting goes to a tee that feeds top and bottom of throttle body. Engine came out of a '94 E350 van but the illustration in my initial post shows this same tube used in a 5.8 for an F-series truck.

Okay, so I haven't found a pipe like what you have, but I also don't know why it is set up the way that it is with the larger connection going straight up. Did that part come from the donor? The truck versions shoot off toward the heater core, on the passenger side of the vehicle.

I would suggest you use a Motorcraft KT81 (E8TZ18B402C) or KT84 (F4TZ18B402A). Either should work for you. Port for the temp sensor, small outlet for the throttle body, and large outlet for the heater core. The heater core connections are routed differently between the 2 but you should be able to make either work. I have a KT81 on my 94, and it was an exact replacement for the original.

For your information the part is often referred to as a "heater tube," generic Ford part number 18B402.

Both show up in varying catalogs depending on the year for trucks and vans. But either one will work, so I would opt for the KT81 as it is cheaper.

Thank you guys for the replies and the recommendations? I have learned over the years, if something is this hard to find, there is a good reason why. I will look at my late son's truck that this engine will be going in, it may have the different tube that has been recommended(K81). Thanks again for all your help, much appreciated

A little more info, you cant bypass this pipe, all together, because your engine coolant temp sensor(PCM goes off this temp) and will adjust air/fuel ratio

Yeah, the part I keep finding has a slot for the ect and other hose. But why is it the one I keep finding for my van is a push on, but the one I'm taking out is threaded?
