Are they complete with bellhousing, torque converter and flexplate? There were 3 different size cases for those transmissions. Small, medium and large case. The 62 and later units are the better ones, they have the vacuum modulator on them. As long as your not going to haul big loads or pull a trailer, it'd work. Otherwise there is a kit to put a C4 behind your engine.

i keep hearing about the C4 kit but can’t seem to find them. I have come across one seller, but they stress for cars only, will not work for a truck. This is why I’m looking for an original set up. I’d rather do the C 4 deal!
