Automatic transmission question
There are currently 3 automatic transmissions on eBay for sale.
there application is for early 60’s Galaxies. With a 292.
will they fit my 64 f 100 with a 292? Or must there be modifications done?

Are they complete with bellhousing, torque converter and flexplate? There were 3 different size cases for those transmissions. Small, medium and large case. The 62 and later units are the better ones, they have the vacuum modulator on them. As long as your not going to haul big loads or pull a trailer, it'd work. Otherwise there is a kit to put a C4 behind your engine.
