Not sure where this should go so I will post here, mods can move as necessary. My question is, I was using my iPhone hard-wired in the hands-free mode and needed to listen to a Microsoft Teams' meeting using the Teams app. It would connect for about 10 secs and then it would disconnect from the meeting. I have tried multiple times without success to use Microsoft Teams app. Once I unplug from the wired connection and use the speaker on the iPhone, I have no issues staying connected to the meeting.
Has anyone else used their hands-free for MS Teams and maintained connection, and if so how.
Not sure what “hard wired” mode is, unless you’re just plugged in to the USB port versus using Bluetooth. In either case, simply selecting your phone as the audio source should work. As my phone gets older I find the jostling it receives will often disconnect the cable whereas USB doesn’t suffer that problem.
When you're hardwired connected are you using CarPlay? If so, I'm guessing that MS Teams isn't a CarPlay supported app. What if you connect to Sync 3 only via Bluetooth and use Teams?
